I get this too! Doesn't matter what or how much I've had for lunch, I get to 3pm and have the munchies or need to sleep! I find taking a brisk walk helps, or doing something during that time of day that is going to take my mind off it

To add, he's approx 165lbs. He's never had a weight issue, but has always maintained portion control and done lots of exercise. In the last 5yrs, we've made the effort to eat less animal protein. We've always eaten home-prepared and cooked meals since moving in together (11yrs ago).
