I've been using my treadmill as my main source of exercise recently. I usually do a brisk walk at 3.0 for about an hour. I log it in under "walking 3.0 walking dog pace". Soon I want to graduate to running again....baby steps. Good luck!

I just bought the Fitbit Aria scale. It syncs up to your fitbit and myfitnesspal accounts and records your weight hands free on it's own. It also sends your % body fat and body mass index (BMI). So far I love the thing. I step on each morning and it sends my information for me. Great investment :)
