Bolthouse salad dressings are the bomb. They are yogurt based and only 25-35 cals per serving. They have bleu cheese, ranch, salsa cilantro, Caesar. It is in the cold section near the lettuce at my store.

It shouldn't. Most antibiotic regimens are short term anyway (5-14 days). Drink lots of fluids and feel better.

I drink a meal replacement shake for lunch. It keeps me from eating the food brought in by drug reps every day. You can choose to eat or drink the calories- all the same.

The slim fast diet is 1200 calorie diet. Drinking a shake or eating food- calories in and calories out. It is sustainable, just in a different way. Whatever works for you.

Growing up with two brothers, we had no regulations. It was a free for all any time of the day or night.

Try to look at the weight loss in smaller goals instead of the overwhelming picture. Shoot for 25lbs first! After that goal is reached, you WILL want to keep moving forward. You can do it!

Getting married 10/19/13.. Down 65lbs since November 2012. I would call that a success so far! :)
