It depends but I tend to log everything before lunch and it helps me to stick to the planned for the rest of the day

Highly fat foods are not the enemy. BAD fats are. Eat the yolks! They have good fats and are delicious :)

Like a lot. I have lost over 50 pounds and in winter sometimes I go with three layers of clothes when before one was enough.

I feel the same, my goal is set to around 115 and I rarely reach it. My average is 90-95 grams :/

It really depends on the person. For me it's 70% gym 30% clean eating. You just gotta find what works best for you.

I am trying since I hit a plateau. Been like 3 weeks or so logging all my food to track my macros. I am eating around 100-120 grams of carbs, from those only 15 come from bread, and the rest from fruits, vegs and nuts. It may sound like easy and that you're not doing as much effort as in other exercises, specially when you enjoy it, but actually swimming is an amazing exercise to do since you use more muscles than you can think of.
