I am fine with it until they start bashing doctors calling them fat shamers, denying obesity-related illnesses just because AT THE MOMENT they don't have none of them, or that weight loss has not been proven to improve any kind of condition. When I was at my highest (220lb) I didn't enjoy going out, or shopping (which I love). I never went to parties (I love dancing) with my friends because I never had something that fitted and looked good on me. I felt like I was wasting my youth, so yeah I can relate.

I kind of feel you. Since I've been eating more protein and less carbs I feel stuffed easily and sometimes I don't reach 1600 but I never go under 1200. When I need to up my calories I always go for nuts or cheese.

THIS. I noticed this also when my parents leave me home alone for a month and I should make my meals, I spent more the previous years that I was eating processed and canned foods than this one when I started eating healthy.

Where I live (Spain) it's not. I don't know how is it in other countries but here veggies and fruits are fresh and quite affordable. Other thing is good quality meat or organic foods, those are more expensive.

This is my life everyday. I feel you, I love bananas and I used to have one everyday but now i'm eating kiwis and strawberries that have less than a banana.

I don't consider my diet low carb, since I eat from 80 to 130 grams of carbs but I eat pretty much what I want, just trying to avoid grains or only eating a piece of it for breakfast.
