I find out on Monday (the 23rd!) but if they won't tell me which is not unusual here, I also have a 3D on the 30th but I have high hopes for next Monday :D

As far as I know, as long as the cheeses are pasturized they are fine. For instance, don't go ahead and eat feta cheese that is unpasterized but go ahead and eat what most grocery stores carry which is pasterized cheeses. In Canada at least, it is illegal to sell unpasterized dairy products.

Sashimi! We still go for sushi, I just eat the vegetarian rolls and anything with cooked meat in it but I miss the sashimi and to make it worse my husband eats it like a beast right in front of me lol .

I had more first one on October 25th at 11 weeks 4 days (thought I was 12+2 but I was wrong in my calculations!). I have pictures from the ultrasound and it was super exciting and strange to see baby up on the screen! I have my anatomy scan December 23rd at 20 weeks. I'm 24 so testing for downs was optional for me but I…

I'm 12+5 weeks pregnant. I've gained A LOT so far. More than I should have in my first trimester but I was so nauseous and the only food that stayed down was fast food burgers and sugary things. I'm trying to stall my weight-gain for a little bit by eating health and exercising (mostly walking, elliptical, and cycling).…

I'm doing it July 21! I'll be (hopefully) wearing a tiny bridal veil -- It's the morning of my engagement party LOL hence the bridal gettup.

killing time before i have to leave for work. i have nothing to do and i leave in 20 minutes ugh

take your inhalers!! i'm asthmatic with allergies (environmental not seasonal so i have mine year round, totally congested/stuffed up) and for me i can't get a deep enough breath to feel satisfied and end up feeling like i'm suffocating. carry your inhalers and follow a breathing pattern, breath in for three steps, out for…

look up intuitive eating, i think that's what you're looking for :)

i've never gained weight on birth control. i'm on tri-cyclen lo and i wouldn't worry about it too much.
-

caesar is one of the worst salads for calorie density. it's like the big mac of salads, basically. honestly, if you're smart about what you put in your salad and what you put on it then salads can be super low calorie and filling. i like craisins in my salads, but man do they pack a punch calorie wise haha.

I passed a guy when finishing my 10K run yesterday wearing jeans, hiking boots and a tshirt who was running. For exercise. He had his ipod and everything, just like me. Dear god, I just don't understand it. I get too hot in shorts and a dry-fit tshirt!

Interesting! I've been wearing a pair of Asics, I don't lift heavy really yet but I am doing deadlifts, squats, lunges, step-ups, etc. and I don't feel as solid as I could in my balance and often have trouble keeping my weight in my heels rather than my toes. I think I might try my converse for Monday's work out.

buuuump, anyone? Halp

I use it for pasta sometimes as well as for wraps.

sometimes my fiance farts while using weights. it's hilarious lmao.

No fittings here yet either, my dress isn't in yet but boy am I ever excited. I've lost 27lbs total since January and since purchasing my dress I have lost 4lbs. Started NROL4W on Wednesday and a purpose built Half-Marathon Training program on Tuesday since I have Tough Mudder in September.

I know what you mean, I used to live next to a 24 hour Subway and being a poor student would eat there when I wasn't working (I get free food at work since I work at a sub shop LOL) and Subway was cheaper than getting groceries because I could make a 12" stretch lunch and dinner. I still eat there sometimes, but only…

I eat at Mr. Sub (Canadian Subway essentially) approximately 5 days a week. I get a free meal when I work and I take advantage of that. The only difference being that I know exactly what to make to make the most of my calories. Aside from the veggie at Mr. Sub, the next best thing you can order is the roast beef!
-
Sugar free pudding is pretty gross lol I can taste the difference but it's also only like 60 calories a cup so who cares.

It's the yeast in the bread. Bread is panned from frozen dough, it's then proofed overnight (or all day) in a bread rack, then goes into a big automatic proofer (this is upfront, usually under the ovens) until it is puffy and big but not touching other breads yet, then bakes up top in the oven for approx 20 minutes.
-
Yup same here! I work at a Mr. Sub so I'm a bit of a freak when it comes to the calorie count on sandwiches but I can do a 12" veggie on 9 grain, no cheese and with yellow mustard and all the veggies for just under 500 calories.
-
Try Vega, it's a vegan brand.

I'm starting NROLFW hopefully tomorrow, plus hunting down some monkey bars near me as well. I'm also trail running a lot. The more muck and mud I can run through, the better. The more hills. The better. I've started Hal Higdon's Half-Marathon training schedule this week too.

I've been running since probably 2008, I've done a bunch of 5Ks, my first 10K is this August and I have an 8K in October. Doing my first Tough Mudder in September, and hopefully my second in Spring 2014 with my fiance!
