I'm learning the ropes as well. My calories added d/t exercise on top of my daily requirements--constantly under the calorie total, usually in range for carbs, fat and fibre, but am WAY over on protein. Finding it a little difficult to find the balance yet. Keep trying

I'm 10years in with a hip replacement. I always modify activities to accomodate for that. My question-would the C25K be appropriate for the eliptical? Could the guidelines be incorporated for that machine?

i've been on WW in the past and rejoined again last year. So far I've lost 20lbs. Have also been incorporting Dr. Joey Shulman with increased results.
