Try doing food eliminations. JJ Virgin. Eliminate 7 Food for 7 Days and Lose 7 Pounds. Basically eliminate: Wheat Dairy Sugar Egg Corn Soy and Peanuts. Many of these foods cause you to retain fluid and feel bloated! Good luck!!!
