  • Mornings can definitely been rough, but I have actually found I am not craving snacks after dinner which is great. I am down 4lbs since I started and finally went back to the gym yesterday.
  • The weekend went well for me. The mornings are easier because I sleep in. I did a lot of walking at the mall, and was able to stock up on good foods at the grocery store. This morning was tough though since I hold out until 11:30am to eat.
