That's great!! I'm on day 2 of level 2, not lost any weight but I have lost inches. Stick with it! :)

I have been on it for 10 days, start level 2 tomorrow. So far I haven't lost pounds BUT I feel SO much stronger, more agile and I have lost 4 and half inches from my waist, hips, neck and arms. It's worth the pain. Just imagine you are punching her when you do the boxing bit ;)

I wear my running trainers now. I used to workout on the elliptical and 30DS barefoot in my living room. But then I tore a tendon in my foot doing the last set of jumping jacks, which put me out of action for 4 weeks. And barefoot on the elliptical gave me shin splints! Shame because I love going barefoot around my home :(

I started the 30DS 7 days ago, 5 days in I'd gone up 7 pounds!!! Today I jumped on the scales to monitor it and the 7 pounds has gone. Must be water weight :)

Woken up today feeling really good after day 1 yesterday. Tammy - I did my back in first time I did the 30DS. You just have to take it easy and ease yourself into it. I ended up on crutches with a herniated disc :/
