Swiss Miss cocoa powder No Sugar Added. 75 calories in 1/4 cup (25 cals in 2 tbs). I drink it straight for a choco-hit and/or mix it into my oatmeal.

That much money would ruin me. I'd make bad decisions and destroy all of my relationships. Therefore, I would give every dime away to the charity of my choice - Christian missions to spread the news of Salvation through faith in Jesus the Christ.

I quit all alcohol 12 years ago when my kids were old enough to take notice. It was the BEST decision I ever made. My personality improved, my health improved, and I never had to tell my kids to not do something that I was doing.

The largest size of movie popcorn available. I try to go to the movies once a week. When I'm there, a small popcorn without butter just doesn't seem right.

New Tattoo ... GREAT IDEA! I might renew my wedding vows (27 years of marriage).

I ride a stationary bike while playing one game of John Madden Football in franchise mode. I ride 30-40 minutes a day ... unless the game goes into overtime.

it is Friday. I always experience a calorie spike on the weekends. Friday is my last good day of weight loss before Monday.

When I log my food/calories - I lose weight. When I don't track my food/calories - I sneak back into higher caloric intake. LOG EVERYTHING!
