  • I usually just use pandora when I work out. Today as I was doing my workout the some more by usher came on and I don't know why but it made me push harder! So that's a good song for me.

  • I work night shift as well... from 6pm to 6am. I usually preplan my meals out. What I'll do is when I wake up track my first meal as breakfast. Then when I eat at work track it as lunch.
