  • I too have the same problem, I couldn't believe how low that level was. It's impossible to keep below it just eating a basic diet that's healthy with fruit and vegetables. I gave up trying to stick to it
  • thanks everyone, I'll stress less :) I don't have too much more weight to lose and I don't seem to be moving any. Just staying the same weight but not going over my daily caloric intake
  • - Always make your lunch for work, take it each day. - Plan your weekly menu and shop accordingly, don't shop more than once a week as you will buy extra things you don't really need - Have meals prepared and frozen for those days you don't have time to cook or can't be bothered..no trips to take away shops
