I just checked the McDonalds website and the Large 160z coffee has 0 calories 2 creams =40 calories and 2 sugars=30 calories so a total of 70 calories.... FYI :)

I drink coffee and for some reason it always makes me poop, which is good because a few years ago I would go days without pooping... so unhealthy and uncomfortable!

It's lots of fun! I just did another 45 minutes! And the best part is my 16 month old son loves to watch me do it! Always hard to fit a workout in with him so that's a huge plus! I highly recommend it!

Awesome! Maybe I burned more calories than I thought! When I added to my workouts I just used general dancing and it said I burned 297... not bad for having fun!

I think this is a fab idea and exactly what I am going to do. I am busy in the morning... especially this week. I have my 16 month old, then I have two step sons ages 10 and 12 to get ready for school and this week my 13 year old sister is here lol Mornings are crazy!
