Once again... carbs are not the enemy and removing sugar tracker is not a good idea. The point of tracking it is to go back and see what works best for you. there are different types of carbs, and processed differently and at different rates. just like calories, not all carbs are created equal.

Yes. I have done all the research from both sides. I am not hardcore vegan- in fact I would prefer to call myself a "plant based eater" since I do still consume honey and the occasional meat product. I would say 98% of my meals are vegan, and I have noticed a huge difference.
