  • Allison, I assume the challenge is over and above our regular workout, as before. Right? My back won't allow me to do sit ups, so will an ab-lounger be okay?

  • #67 Viki I DID IT! Extra 30 mins on the treadmill this morning. I'm so proud of myself...not bad for an old girl! Now we'll see how friendly the scale is tomorrow. Thank for the challenge, Allison, and for all the work you're putting into it. You must be burning a ton of calories just inputting the information.
  • Maddy, my birthday is Feb 19th, so we'll celebrate together. I think you should stay home, no exercising, just veg in front of the TV to reduce your chances of anything bad happening. Eat cake. If it makes you feel any better, I had my very first colonoscopy on my birthday. I sure know how to party! Viki

  • #67 Viki I'm splitting up my two remaining workouts between yesterday, today and tomorrow. I did 30 extra minutes on the treadmill yesterday. Joined a few days late and just getting back to exercise after a VERY long time. Need to creep into it a bit! But, Im going to do my best to keep up.
