I count calories for everything, including fruit. :) Though (of course) they pack more nutritional value than a candy bar or something, a calorie is a calorie regardless!

Thanks for all of your input guys! I think I'll buy 3 lbs instead of 5 lbs because I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. See, I had no idea how heavy their weights were, I guess I just assumed that they were using much heavier ones because of their fitness levels. I certainly wouldn't want to try to outdo them, lol.

Well, my son is 6 and is in school all week and I only work out of the home part time, so I guess that makes it easier. But in the past when I would work out before when he was younger, I would do it during his nap time, or I would set him up in the kitchen with some activities to do for about 30 minutes or so - coloring…

I joined January 3, 2011! I decided this year was going to be *my* year and found MFP through an online friend. :) SW: 178 lbs. CW: 169 lbs. GW: Not sure yet! Probably around 140.

I play Dance Central 4 or 5 days a week for about an hour or so and I lost 7 pounds in January! :D It's a blast.

That's awesome. I love strawberries, but not bananas so much. :) I love to mix sliced strawberries and kiwi together...their flavors really compliment each other!

I hate when product labels around my house aren't facing out. Liquid soap, dish soap, boxed or packaged food, DVD's, Book spines in the bookshelf, etc. I always have to fix them if they somehow end up facing backwards!

I really enjoy most of the Special K cereals - very delicious and low cal. I've currently been eating the oats & honey variety with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top in the morning with a nice cold glass of orange juice. :)
