Since February, I've done 2 full rounds of 30DS and since Ripped in 30 was released back in May (I think? Can't remember exactly when it came out) I've lost 50 lbs. doing them exclusively. For the past 5 months, I've done Ripped in 30 at LEAST 3 times a week, but I try to aim for 4 or 5 times a week. I could sing its…

Wow, I never expected this many responses! Thank you all so very much! I'm honored and flattered that so many of you consider me an inspiration. =) We can all do this and reach every goal we set for ourselves as long as we keep trying and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Each and every day brings opportunities…

Mine is just an overly exaggerated enunciation of my name - Kristie. :)

Campbell's soups! They make for a really quick lunch and there's so much variety. A lot of them are low calorie and they have several selections with lower sodium as well. Some of my favorites have only 175 calories for an entire can, but even if you have a serving of saltine crackers (5 crackers) that only makes the whole…

I completed the shred, took a short break, then moved on to Ripped in 30.

I need them, personally. There's just no way that I could do something every single day, exercise or other, without taking a small break to recharge every now and then. Also, when weight training it's important to let your muscles rest and give them time to recover from the damage. :)

You can add me as well, if you like. :) I love having new MFP friends to encourage and get to know!

Currently I'm loving the summer fruits...watermelon, honey dew, cantaloupe, and strawberries!

Hi there! I'm Kristie, I'm considering starting running myself. :) I sent you a friend request!

I started with 2 lbs, then 3, and now I've (barely) worked up to 5 lbs. lol. Just start out with whatever you can tolerate at first, then when it gets easier, graduate to the next size up. :)

Cooking for one person can be hard! I do it a lot during the week when my husband is at work and my son is at school, but sometimes I have trouble coming up with new ideas. I recently posted a quick AND low-cal recipe for one-person pizza on my blog if you're interested (see signature). :)

Hello and welcome! I've sent a request. :) Oh, and I'm Kristie from KY!

I do it almost every day, and have been since February 24th. :) I would recommend it to anyone. There are 3 workouts, each one only 20 minutes long, so for me it was easy to squeeze in even at the end of the day. Feel free to add me if you like! :)

Favorite moves: walkout pushups, travelling pushups, sit ups, up and down planks, butt kicks, jumping jacks, supermans. Least Favorite: LUNGES. HATE HATE HATE LUNGES. lol. Also, I dislike the v-raises and military press/leg extensions. I can feel it working and that's wonderful but they're not my favorite.

I did a full round of 30DS back in late February/early March exclusively. After that, I got Ripped in 30 and now I like to do a level of 30DS one day, a level of Ripped the next day, and sometimes I combine them both in one day if I'm feeling frisky, etc. and so forth. I also play Dance Central for the Kinect. The only…

Says who? Many people eat plenty of dairy and lose weight just as easily and healthily. To the OP, I buy either 1% or 2% milk. :) HATE skim milk because it's too watery, and whole milk has too many calories for me (something like 150 cals per cup I think), so 1% and 2% are happy mediums. I think 2% has something like 120…

It looks awesome! Great job. :)

Food is your friend, NOT the enemy! Don't be afraid to try new foods that you thought you'd never eat in a million years. You may surprise yourself and find something you love. Also, be accountable. Read nutrition labels. Counting calories can seem like a chore or a pain in the *kitten* at first, but it's really just…

Yep, mine's Dyan.

You look great!! Our tummy's pretty much look EXACTLY the same, lol.
-
Yet ANOTHER huge fan of Dance Central here! I LOVE that game, I play it almost daily for about an hour or so. :) Really gets your heart rate up, especially on hard difficulty.

Hi there! I'm Kristie, 23 from KY. I have a 6 year old son and I've lost 24 lbs. so far. :) I've added you!
