30DS - favourite/least favourite moves

I'm on day 15 and thought it would be interesting (and perhaps helpful for those starting out or considering buying the workout) to discuss everyone's favourite and least favourite moves and why they fall into those categories.
My favourite move is probably the military press from circuit 3 of level 2. I love it because firstly I can feel so many muscles working and secondly I get a real buzz when I get through a full set without losing my balance (especially since Natalie losses her balance in both sets and has to put her foot down to the ground). I also really like the walkout push-ups in the first circuit of level 1 because I reckon I look pretty tough being able to do them :-)
My least favourite move is the chair squat with v-fly from circuit 3 of level 2. I hate it because I just can't get through two full sets yet. I manage the first set though I feel my form drops by the last 2 or 3 reps. In the second set I have to just squat every 3rd or 4th rep. Damn Natalie gets so deep on that move and makes it look so easy.

I HATE HATE HATE plank jacks. favorite move is probably boxing sqauts--they are to fun.0

Favorite moves: walkout pushups, travelling pushups, sit ups, up and down planks, butt kicks, jumping jacks, supermans.
Least Favorite: LUNGES. HATE HATE HATE LUNGES. lol. Also, I dislike the v-raises and military press/leg extensions. I can feel it working and that's wonderful but they're not my favorite.0 -
I hate every little bit of 30DS lol. It's all about Turbo Fire for me now0

I am on Day 16 of the 30 DS. I am on my 6th day of level 2! It is a killer! I got my HRM today so I am looking forward to using it during the session tomorrow!! I actually don't think I have a favourite move on level 3! Pretty much all the exercises on level 2 I cannot stand! Hopefully it will get better over the next couple of days!!! Then day 21 I am intending on switching up to level 3! Eeeeek!0

I love the ab work on the floor because it gives me a chance to breath lol and I can really feel my abs working.
Not fond of the plank and push ups of any kind though. My arms are my weakest part and I have a bad back so it's not fun at all. Oh and jumping jacks! I despise them! Maybe because they remind me of school PE class..0 -

The side lung was definitely my least favourite move from level 1. So hard.0 -
I don't like the oblique twists from Level 2...mainly because I can't do them for the full time yet :laugh: And the squats with the v-fly...that is a killer! I can make it through the first round, but the second I end up just doing squats. Also, military presses...can make it through the first round, but I just hold my weights up for the second.
I will get there eventually...I don't want to move from Level 2 until I can do all the moves. I'm using that as my excuse not to go to level 3 because it scares me. :sad:0
