  • I've found having coconut milk or almond milk yogurt with a quarter cup mango or blueberries with a small apple to be an excellent breakfast. I also usually have about 20 raw almonds as a snack around 11 am. I usually have to take my breakfast to work, so this is really easy to pack up the night before :)
  • I find this very confusing myself. Isn't one of the reason why we exercise to burn more calories a day than we take in so we can lose weight? I have a small protein shake or healthy snack to protect muscle tissue and energy levels after a workout, but I never reach my calorie goals on workout days. It's just too much food.…
