  • I started it a couple of weeks ago. I am going to start week 2 on Sunday. Haven't been able to consistantly do week 1 5-6 days a week, so I did that one for 2 weeks. She really does give you a good work out, but it is all about what you put in to it. I push myself so I feel I give myself a good work out. My muscles were…
  • Congrats on completing your first race!!!! It is a huge accomplishment. I started running 2 years ago at age of 41. Never ran before in my life. I did the couch to 5k and think it is the best program. I am now shooting to do the Gasparilla 15k (again) and then a half marathon fall of 2013. Keep up the great work!!!

  • I am using Hal Higdon's 8k training program. I too had hit a wall and wanted to run further and longer and this is helping. I actually found an 8k race to run at the end of February. After I compete in this race, I will either doHal's 10K or his program to increase time in the 5k.
  • Mine are the same way. Usually Sunday is the day that kills me and I am not sure why. Sunday is a running day for me and I do chores around the house, so I am not just sitting around. This is the first weekend that I actually lost a little from Friday to Monday.
