It's okay! You should probably try to stick to about 1200 calories/day and do at least half an hour of cardio + half an hour of strength training 5-6x per week. Once I reach my goal weight, I am planning a massive shopping spree! :D Another "reward" I have planned is running a 5K! I'm doing C25K right now and am signed up for my first 5K in March. It will be extremely rewarding to cross that finish line!
