I feel like this is just what I needed to read! I have been feeling guilty if I ever go above my calorie allowance, but I just calculated what I could be having if I did TDEE %20 and it seems much more doable for me. Love this!

There is just no other way to say it, stay away from the deep fried and processed stuff. You can change what you see as 'normal', you just have to want to change it. If you go to a gym that has tv's attached to the machines, its so much easier if you watch a show while you do cardio. I lose track of all time when I watch a show and before I know it, its been an hour!
