^ Finally got it!!!!

I guess I need to shrink my photos for them to both show up. Thanks for the input. I will figure this out eventually. Feeling technologically challenged, which is a new feeling for me.
-
Thanks. I tried that and it didn't work. I'll keep trying.

I can relate! I'm glad my 40 DD boobs are a bit smaller (38D), to be proportional now that I've lost over 35 lbs, but I'm hoping they don't get too much smaller. Definitely considering a lift when I reach my goal weight.

Not everyone does this. I have one calorie amount that stays the same, every day. I'm rarely hungry between meals and have lost 37 pounds since Thanksgiving. I find all the calculating too time consuming so I do what works for me. My advice is find what works & stick with it.

Because of spinal injury and cerebral palsy it is extremely difficult for me to exercise. I've lost over 35 pounds since last autumn just keeping my calories around 1400/day. No food is off limits but I try to keep away from non-nutritious foods.

Awesome! You look fabulous.
-
Hang in there! Just hit a three week plateau myself, and boy, it was hard not to get discouraged. Way to go on the 10 pounds. Keep on doing what you're doing. Best wishes!

Best NSV ever! Way to go!!!

Fantastic accomplishment! You're looking great. Thanks for sharing. =)

^ This^ I couldn't agree more. As a nurse, when I calculated a patient's I & O (ins and outs) we counted all liquid except coffee and cola. If the flavoring keeps you drinking and hydrated, go for it!

See if you can reduce your breakfast calories a bit. Maybe try a thin bagel with one egg or two whites. If you're drinking calories like juice or cocoa, do water instead. My morning snack is an apple, or pear or two Clementine oranges or a Stabilyze (170 cal) energy bar, which keeps my blood sugar from crashing midmorning.…

I'm in the final 20 days of a Facebook weight loss challenge. Most of the group is LDS. It has definitely been a competition with not much support from participants, just the score keeper and the one who started the challenge. There's been a lot of trashing others, supposedly in fun and I was disappointed we won't know the…

I'm from California originally but I am loving living in Portland, Oregon. I've been a closet Trekkie for years until my husband told me that I was so far out of the closet, I was in the Delta Quadrant. I started watching Doctor Who with the reboot, and am loving it, especially sharing it with my 14 year old daughter. She…

This^ exactly!

Stabilyze bars... fabulous!

Ditto ^this^. It took my body/brain to get used to having 1400 calories a day, and there are some times when I feel hungry. I just remind myself I'm not going to starve. When I'm tempted, I try to remember how much exercise it's gonna take to get that food off my hips. Losing weight takes time and changing how you look…

Definitely Christopher Eccleston. :-)

I too would love to see this group have more chatter. Where is everyone?! I've been struggling with weigh-ins the past couple weeks. Weight keeps going down, then up. I think it's because I'm only 4 pounds from 100's, so I'm obsessing about it. How's everyone else doing?
-
^This. EXACTLY!!!!
-
Calories, no matter where they come from, can add pounds. I add EVERYTHING so I'm not deluded into thinking I still have massive calories I can eat. In my opinion, there's no point in not logging everything. Might as well not log anything if I'm not logging all my foods. This keeps me on track.

Ditto this ^ My hubby occasionally shaves his head as well, & I definitely find it sexy on him.

Tomatoes, my favorite!

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations! You look fantastic.

This is definitely the way to go. My daughter is selling them as well. To support her, we bought several boxes and donated them. Those and other donated boxes are going to the Oregon Air National Guard troops overseas. It's a great way to support both kinds of troops, and you don't have to have boxes at home tempting you!
-
Awesome! Way to go. Keep up the good work. Congratulations!

Seems to me (as others have stated) they are getting incorrectly reported and over inflated calorie burn amounts on MFP. Since everything on here is user-input, you really have to double check your calorie counts and burn amounts. There are MANY errors on exercises as well as food/calorie overage and underage. When in…

I live near Hillsboro, (Portland westside).

Would if I was close. Your comment about the bay made me homesick for the sun and the water. My parents were both born in Alameda Co, but I haven't been back to Richmond since my grandparents house was sold. I grew up just south of the bay. :-)
