I don't do any exercise, I'm a say at home mom, kids 2,3 and 11. My little ones don't sleep well so it's too late once they're asleep. I just try and be active in the housework, try not to sit down too much, dance to the radio with the kids, whatever. I think in the summer when the kids are in the garden more I can be more…
