I have to admit I like it. I like to shovel, It doesn't bother me to drive in it. I love the way it smells and sounds outside after a snowfall. And the brightness...sunglasses in the winter without spending $1000 on a plane ticket. That picture of me is last winter after a snowfall at the park.

I agree last week I put in the wrong weight (322 in stead of 232 or something like that) and my brun went up a lot for the same exercise. I couldn't figure it out until I weighed in again and it said i lost 80 pounds. I've been trying to leave about 400 or 500 calories at the end of each day so I don't have to worry about…

I don't use a scale. Usually, everything you buy will have a weight on it. So if you have the total weight of all items, than you could divide it by the number of pcs in the package. You may also need to convert pounds to ounces...16 ounces = pound. So if the package weighed 1 pound: 16oz divided by 6pcs would be 2.6 oz…

Fat loss is purely a function of diet. You can do any cardiovascular exercise to burn calories in addition to diet, and loos weight (fat) faster. Sadly the fat on mid section is the last to go. Just exercise. It doesn't matter what you do. Burn calories you will loose the fat.

Just thinking about this, and I did a weigh in wrong last week. I put 323lbs instead of 232lbs... Just checked and now the burn is 879.
