I had a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for 2 years as my goal, and guess what, I have them on, I haven't lost alot of weight yet but I am noticing that I'm slimming down a little. Welcome and feel free to add me!

Weighing in more than once a week messes with my head and I get down if I see a gain of any sort even if it is just ounces and propbably water, so I weigh in every Monday, it helps keep me accountable over the weekend!

I cleared out my pantry, and then stocked it with fruit cups, 100 calorie popcorn bags, beef jerky, rice cakes, and some 100 calorie box sweets. I also bought 60 calorie fudge bars for my freezer for when I get that cold sweet tooth. =o)

The Zumba site tells you what type of shoe works best. I also found that I was buying my shoes too big and that was causing my feet to hurt. I just went to our local nike store and had them measure my feet.

I don't use them, I just try to hit 1200, and some days I find even that difficult. From the post I've read it's conflicting. They all say eat more if you have and if your hungry, but if your not hungry don't eat. Good Luck!

I have Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 and I loved it at first, but after a while it got boring. I did get a great workout though.
