I rarely ever drink soda. If I do, I treat it as a food item, and only drink the real ones. Not the diet ones. Yuk. But I do experience depression at times. Organic based I am sure.

I never salt anything as it is cooking. I am also teaching myself to use the recipe builder on MFP, as well as the other food tabs. Just click buttons and explore the MFP site. Vit K is just for blood clotting. You bleed so much after delivery, that your body can use the extra help so as not to Hemorrhage. It's probably the only worthwhile shot given during childbirth.

Most days, it is cornflakes, a sliced banana and some 2% milk. and a big glass of ice water. Weekends might be eggs and toast.

I read somewhere...long ago...that if you're going to put spread on your bread...it might as well be the real thing. Real butter. Unsalted. I did that for a few years, then we switched to margarine. Now, I am back to butter.
