Hello all! 30 day check in for me. Inches lost: toal of 6 (20 if you count the 14 inches of hair that I cut off :bigsmile:) Weight lost = 4.5 pounds Loss wasn't exactly where I would have hoped it would be, but the next 30 days I'm really going to watch my intake. YAY for the shorties :) I'm 5' even (ok maybe a little under but close enough to even). My goal is around 115, but will reassess as I get closer (a little over 50 pounds to hit my goal). I havent been lower then the high 150's since high school, I was 225 at my highest and 215 when I started MFP. I'm 32 years old.

Today was day two of my recovery week. Core synergistics day. Still struggling with the two chatarunga moves. On a plus side I'm doing pretty good with the reach high & under push-ups and the side hip raise.

Legs and Back + ARX done. I'm still pushing pause to get thorugh ARX, but I'm getting in all 25 of each move. I got through both workouts in an hour and 22 minutes. I'm pretty happy about that.
