As it turns out i was right, with all the Easter festivities today I didn't have time for yoga so I wrappped up day 89 with cardio X. Tomorrow is day 90!! Core synergistics again today. Tomorrow is yoga but I think I'm going to have to swap it for cardio x. I dont think there's any chance I can carve out 90 minutes during the day. After tomorrow is day 90!!!!

I have a 10lb mini pincher/mini daschund who takes up at least half of the king sized bed. And when he's not taking up half the bed he is either sleeping on my knees or ankles <sigh> He rules the house with his tiny iron paw. LOL!!

Tuesday check in (9/21 planks 135/315 core exercises ( I even did a few extra core exercises, and one of my plannks was 45 seconds) breakfast & lunch were from home again today (it was kind of easy becuase Tuesday is my work from home day) Hope you all are focusing on your short term goals!

Thanks all!! I love the support here. I will post results at the end. Tonight I went to a baseball game right after work. My team won but it rained/snowed toward the end of the game and it went into extra innings. I got home pretty late. So I took today as a rest day. Week 13 starts tomorrow. Have a great night all!

Tonight was kempo for me. Crazy busy day so I had to work out a little later then normal but I did get it in. Kempo is still my favorite :) It was also END of week 12!!!! WHAT!?!? Oh yeah week 13 I'm comin for ya!

Today was core syn for me. Almost back on track after my missed Thursday workout. Sweated a LOT! I actully did 6 of the Dryea rolls (I did have to use my hands to push myself up) but that's the moat I've done so far. Hope everyone is bringing it!

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well. I went over calories today (by 219). I ate way too much for dinner and I'm so full and I feel so stuffed. I was hungry all day, and just way over did dinner. Tomorrow is a new day another chance.
