Well not a big loss but a loss .5 puts me at 203.5 . . . I am hoping for a better week next week. This week was bad I did some binge eating since I took my son to college and the stress of him leaving did not help. Have a great week!!!!

Love Tae Bo it is a great burn and I lost a lot of inches and weight with it about 5 years ago. Need to get back to it to get the dreaded weight back off that has been gained. Billy will work your butt off!!!!

Happy Birthday Erica!!!! Weighed in this morning did not lose but did not gain . . . this has been a bad week I know it is all stress. I move my son to college this Saturday and I have been all out of whack :-( Next week will be better.

I try to get in the gym at work 3-4 days a week and walk on the treadmill as well as do some weights and some core muscle groups. Also my husband and I have been getting up early in the morning and walking about 45 minutes our neighborhood has lots of hills so that helps a great deal. This is an area I need to get better…

Hi Laides - I usually weigh in on Thursday but I did this morning so my official weigh in is 203 . . . I am looking forward to the motivation from you all. Just remember it is about you make time for yourself. I have had little motivation as well but today is a new day and I am going to start today and go forward that is all you can do. Keep up the good work you can't judge from just a week.

So far I have lost 3 pounds in the four days. First couple of days hungry but trust me I am eating a ton of protein!!!! Welcome!!!! This is my third day of really being good on eating and exercising plus keeping track on the boards and it does work. I have been looking around on the boards and the inspiration and motivation is right here for you to use. Keep up the good work and keep exercising that is key.
