You say you aren't doing weights - perhaps you could try that? It slowed my weight loss but increased my inch loss which is the important thing. Are you measuring yourself? Are you loosing inches at all? Drinking enough water? Logging everything (including tea/coffee etc)? It is suprising how much little snacks and drinks…

This is where photos help. I still think of myself as 'fat'. I get suprised when I see myself in the mirror and feel weird even looking at a (UK) size ten dress.
