Yoga! You can get a dvd or find programs on demand on your TV...itunes even has yoga podcasts! Its nice because for yoga, all you really need is yourself, no equipment! =)

I almost always eat Fiber One cereal with skim milk for breakfast...fills me up and tastes super good! I eat it at work so I take the cereal in a tupperware container and the milk in a seperate container! =)

All it really does is help you lose water weight which, if you drink water, comes right back. However, things like Bikram Yoga which is in a heated room are useful in getting your muscles loose. =)

It does take time but if you keep at it, its really rewarding! I was the same way a few years ago. When I first started running I couldn't even do a mile and I HATED every second of it. Now, I run sometimes an hour and a half to two hours and I love it! It took time and dedication and hard work but it was worth it! You can…

It really doesn't matter if you have to change the day. Sometimes I do mine on Saturday, sometimes on Sunday. When it gets warmer out and I don't need to use a treadmill I almost always go on a Sunday morning...its just so peaceful! =)

That's so excellent that you want to run! I would start by doing power walking and walking uphill and then begin doing little bursts of running with ample walk breaks and cut the walk breaks shorter each week. It'll be tough but you can do it! I know it! Running is SO rewarding in so many ways!!!

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce so maybe change the type of exercise you are doing or up the intensity. If you are doing 30 minutes of cardio however many days per week at the same pace, try to mix in maybe one longer cardio workout of 45 minutes and one day maybe try a shorter but higher intensity cardio workout, just…

If you are going to do two-a-days (workout in the AM & PM) then you will definitely need to start taking in a lot more calories. I am a triathlete/runner and almost always have really long workouts, but to counter that I eat enough to keep myself fueled, which is really important! If you aren't training for something,…

I agree with above...swimming definitely! That might actually HELP your knee. You could also still lift your upper body so you can still get a slow burn!

You can do it, girlfriend! You just need to get into a routine. My schedules are kinda crazy, too...but it makes my day go super quick and it makes me really appreciate the weekends! 4:30a- wakeup 5-6:30 - gym 7:30-4- work 5:30-9 either grad class (M/W) or coaching high school cheerleading (T/R/F) 9:45- sleep It is super…

I'd absolutely love to help! I can't wait for the season to start ...and I'm buying a bunch of new gear this year, too which makes it even more exciting! =)

Are your shoes at least a half a size bigger than your normal shoes? I wear my sneakers a whole size bigger than my normal shoes because your feet tend to swell at a certain point while doing cardio and that may be the problem? =)

It only helps you lose water weight, which, if you drink water when your done pretty much goes right back on. That's why I personally don't believe in people who wear those crazy looking plastic bag suits to do cardio in.

It sure is! Those are considered some of the best ways to train...using your own body weight. As far as I'm concerned, you can never go too overboard with strength training. What's great about it is that it's a long lasting burn, meaning you'll burn calories all day from strength training! Keep doing what you're doing, it…

Clear liquor is the best to stick to. Diet sodas, too. I only drink wine and that has never made me gain weight. You could also do a gin and tonic or vodka and tonic...those I believe are the lowest calorie alcoholic beverages. If you're a beer drinker, surprisingly Guinness is on the lower calorie end as is Michelob…

I am sore almost every day! I have an extremely intense workout everyday and its always one part of my body that is sore. Now a nagging pain or something that seriously doesn't feel right, definitely get it checked out before resuming workouts, but, the normal soreness (that is usually worse two days after a big workout)…

Greetings! You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to, cliche or not! It'll be hard work but boy, will it be worth it in the end! You are a strong woman! Woo! (I used to be a cheerleader, can you tell? haha!)

I've been workout out for years and I used to do evening workouts and for about a year and a half now have been doing very early morning workouts...I don't see any difference aside from the fact that I'm hungrier in the morning now as opposed to the evening. The same amount of calories are burned and the same goes for…

I would agree with a few of the above posts...at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I think the real key is switching the cardio up, as in, not running everyday or doing the elliptical everyday. Try the stair climber, try swimming, try a spin class...that stuff makes it fun and much easier to lose weight! Keeping…
