It takes longer to find jeans at resale shops, but if you are still going with losing weight. I would try to find jeans there, I have gone from a 16-8 since January... no way could I afford that with retail prices.

At first I was afraid to get bulky, I was tired of trying to lose weight with just cardio (boring). Finally I gave up and got so frustrated by my lack of progress, I asked one of my body builder friends to show me how to lift. It has done wonders for my body. The great thing about maintaining your muscle mass, is you look…

Find someone at the new gym that you can trust to go over form with you, very important to lift correctly to avoid injury and have the best results. Just warning you, you may get some weird looks from guys when you use the free weight, if they are not use to seeing women lift in the gym you go to.

I am struggling the closer I get to my goal. Working out is not the problem, it is food for sure. Glad I am not alone.

I am 5'7" started at 213. I am currently down to 181, my goal weight is to get to 165 and then just focus on being able to do more. Like lifting more, running faster, etc. I started in January of this year.

Two adults and a toddler in my household, on food alone I spend from 100-120 a week.

It is also cheaper to cook up your own meat and slice it. I put frozen chicken breast with some low sodium stock in my slow cooker, on high until they are cooked through every sunday as part of my meal prep.
-
Just say "no thank you." And be prepared for hunger with a health alternative. I get really excited whenever there is a veggie plate at work events.

II am a single mom of a toddler and my son eats very healthy. I work full time and work out 6 days a week. It is all about meal prep, I take time to prepare healthy meals on Sunday for the rest of the week. This is much cheaper than convenience foods. The kid chants for broccoli and blueberries. He is willing to try most…
