I was getting frustrated with having to buy so many pairs of pants, I buy a pair or two at a resale shop now. But the best thing for me is a wrap dress, easy to adjust as I keep losing weight and show off the waist I have worked hard on.

I would switch sugar out for fiber. Always a good idea to make sure you are getting enough fiber. :)

I have some loose skin, I would rather have that that still be the size I was when I was at my heaviest.

Oh boy, well first you are a woman (assuming by the pic), so your cycle will affect your weight especially if it is just 1-2 lbs. Or if you haven't gone to the bathroom recently. Muscle mass is a good thing burn more calories just sitting there, is more dense so takes up less space, so you are smaller. I would track you…

http://spoonful.com/recipes/asian-chicken-slaw I use this recipe, with no sugar and replace the peanut butter with P2B. Throw in extra veggies I have on hand that would taste yummy in it. Keep the protein out of it, either tuna packets or chicken breasts. Take a portion to work with my protein.

I found a chocolate protein shake I liked and gave up eating real chocolate for a couple of months. It helped me control my cravings and I was able to reset my thinking, so eating a normal serving was satisfying. I used BSN chocolate milkshake after my workouts.

I usually gain a lb or two the week before TOM, I just chalk it up to that. When it is over I weigh less than what i gained. I wouldn't take anything for the bloating, instead just accept that it will happen.

I work out at night during the week, and during the day on weekends. Never do chest on Monday because I will never get the equipment I want.
