Good Luck Judi29. I just started again in Jan. and it is slow going but it feels good. Yup fell off the wagon last friday and ate an M&M Concrete. SO GOOD!. But it is back on track. I think I have lost about 12lbs since Jan and I am running between 2 1/2 to 3 miles a day. I promise it gets easier. You can do this!!! yvette
