  • Same here. What I do is make Saturday "Cheat Day" I eat whatever I want for the day, but I still track it. I found that when I'm at a restaraunt and I'm looking at the menu seeing that the grilled chicken dish is 400 calories as opposed to the burger that's 700 I'm more inclined to chose the chicken if I have to write it…
  • Hi I'm Patti! Fairly new mother. Started Zumba in August 6 weeks after C-section- regretably took Thanksgiving to New Yars off. I'm back to as many classes I can fit into my schedule each week. I'm down 22 pounds total since I started- 9 since I joined MFP. I find myself randomly Zumba-ing all of the time.
