Week 3 workouts seemed the toughest to me and I LOVED the week 4 workouts! Just hang in there and remember that you will only be doing that workout for one week and you'll be done with it and on to something new! Good luck to you!!

I am at 1/2 lb a week weight loss goal. I use a HRM. I am about 3-5 lbs away from my original goal weight. I guess I just dont know if I would be considered lightly active or what?

Isn't it crazy how we still see ourselves as larger than we are after losing weight! Congrats on the smaller clothing size. And try to remember you are not the "large" girl anymore! You look great!!

I'm on week 4. I liked the program....I used it as a little recovery time after I did INSANITY. I thought that week 3 was the worst for me and week 4 seems better! Have fun!

I work 7-7 overnights. I treat my dinner before work as "lunch" and then eat my "dinner" sometime in the night since the next day I'm sleeping and sleep through the real lunchtime. Then I bring healthy snacks so I can eat something every 3 hours or so through the night. I track everything so that I'm still eating the right…

Would doing your walk before you go to work be an option for you? If you do it first thing then maybe it wouldn't be so painful for you...... I kinda think you have to just do it. Yup- gotta love the night shift...or hate it!! LOL! I work nights but my schedule is different week to week as to what day s I work so it's always 12 hour shifts but different days! Crazy on the body for sleep and especially for meals!

I did the program start to finish and didn't lose a single pound. I took measurements at the end and just lost fractions of inches all over.
