I feel like I have lost the "weight" but don't look thin or anything. I just finished Insanity last Sunday and took measurements and it was only fractions of an inch all over. So I really don't know if that even counts since you never really know if you are measuring EXACTLY the same every time....

I hear ya! We seem to have the same thing for dinner all the time and it's really hard. i work nights so I'm usually running out the door right after dinner time and it would be really nice to get some new recipes that are quick, easy, yummy, and that the whole family would enjoy!!

Just made some mozarella sticks tonight with dinner from the Hungry Girl website and they were YUMMY!! 145 cals for 4 small cheese sticks!

Such a pain- We make 4 servings. So we premeasure out 4 servings. Then when it is done, weigh it again and divide by 4 (or however many servings you made)!

I think thoughts about all of this have pretty much taken over my life too!!! It's a crazy feeling because I never used to think about it except to say....uuuuughghhg, I'm too heavy!!! Now all I think about is eating and working out which is ok by me, I just hope I'm not driving everyone else around me CRAZY!

Mine never wanted to heal either. Had it done 2 seperate times and now after having 3 kids I have a nasty scar there. The hole where it used to be almost seems just like loose skin hanging there and I would never do it again. Wish I had never had it done!

I started out with TurboFire and lost quite a bit of weight with that. I am starting the 2nd month of INSANITY today. With INSANITY (so far) I haven't lost weight, I just feel like I am toning up. Hopefully I will lose more this month, but I really like TF!!!

Sounds like a great plan! Weekends are especially hard for me because I work nights all weekend and many times people want to order food...and it's not good food either!! Also makes getting time in for a workout very hard. I'll join you on your challenge! Let's " NOT" be pigs together!!!

I try not yo have entire days that I cheat or just eat whatever I want. I never plan to eat bad for the day. But if there is a birthday party or something like that I will plan of having a piece of cake or a slice of pizza at the party and I know that's ok. Maybe you should start logging everything you eat- you might be surprised at the numbers you get. that could also give you an idea of where you can improve. Maybe you aren't eating enough...

Me too! I asked the same thing a few weeks ago and this is what I was told: Increase my calories. I have slowly increased calories from 1250/day to 1500/day for a 1/2 lb weight loss per week. Then they told me to wait it out a few weeks to allow my body to adjust. That is killing me!! FINALLY this week the scale moved DOWN…
