  • Just went and tried to eat a piece of lettuce from the fridge (my husband likes it) and no can do! The taste gets to me everytime! Nasty! I just would love to fill a plate full of veggies for next to nothing in cals and get full with healthy food!!! I'm gonna try the grilling thing though!

  • Not cheesy at all! I love checking in on everyone to see how they're doing. You can get food and exercise ideas and people will hold you accountable. Great way to get adivce and stay motivated. I spend more time on here now than on FB!!! LOVE MFP!!!

  • I went to his site to read abou this. And it isn't really the "cheat" day everybody thinks it is. He still wants you to eat about 1500 cals or so. You just get to have a little extra sugar at breaskfast than you normally would. A little more carbs at dinner, ect. Not as great as a "cheat" day sounds to me! :(
  • I HAVE noticed this! If I get off track and start eating poorly, my skin breaks out! Gives me another reason to continue to eat a healthier diet!!!

  • I am useless until afternoon and evenings and I work full time nights. i love working out at night when the kids are in bed for the night. Only works on the nights I don't have to work. Otherwise I try to get one in mid afternoon!

  • i'm only sore for the first 1-2 days after starting a new workout. And I continue to do the workout! It doesn't mean that it's not working. I would just do the workout as recommened or move up if you aren't feeling challenged anymore. Don't go by if your muscles are sore! :)

  • Did a round last year and started another round on 12/26. Its a great feeling to go all the way through! Gotta admit though, it's pretty rough on my knee. It's already started bothering me again this round! Lots of jumping but totally worth it!!

  • A couple mroe days left of week 2....it's actually going pretty fast! I'm starting to slowly feel less winded with each workout! (Better but not great).
