  • I eat my "lunch" before I go into work (aroung dinner time) and then when I get my break I eat my "dinner" in the middle of the night. Then I usually eat breakfast around 0530-0600 and go to bed around 0800. I also bring a few healthy snacks with me to work overnight. Hope that helps!
