So much energy ! I need to start finding different things to do because I just have way to much energy haha ! I would like to rollerskate again too ! and even ice skate ! I loved it as a kid :)

You totally can ! It's almost like a snowball effect! you kind of have to build up some momentum haha! I honestly never thought I would lose this much and in just under a year it's crazy ! So excited to get to my ultimate goal weight !

haha, that actually happened to me today ! I was dealing with a bylaw officer and he asked to see my drivers licence and looked at my very puzzled ( almost like I was producing a fake) and he said " have you lost like, alot of weight??) Made my day!

Thanks everyone ! it's been a long year ! I've changed my eating habits quite a bit ! eliminated or gradually elimated alot of unhealthy foods. Now eating lean proteins,veggies and fruit. I'm just under a month away from my one year of " eating healthy" and that's exactly what I've done. I've made smarter healthier decisions and I log my food everyday and pre log for the next day. 80% of my weight loss is what I eat and 20% is fitness and exercise.
