Try a spicy honey mustard! I love it in my wraps. Gives it a little zing and more flavor. I also sometimes use the laughing cow cheeses as a spread b/c they are only about 35 cal for a whole wedge and they taste great!

I was there once too... it takes time. If you break it up and try to spread your calories out then you can manage. Good luck!

I LOVE cheat days! I tend to keep it to a cheat meal but they are fantastic none the less. Once a week, if i kept up my diet and didn't slip durring the week, i reward myself with something that i miss eatting. Last week was Chicken Pad Thai!

I have this problem too sometimes. It is difficult to loosen up the muscles around your shins but i have a stretch that works really well! First you have to kneel on the floor then sit back on your feet. Next, while in this position stretch your shins by lifting your knees one at a time off the floor. It really helps and…

Same here! I have found that the cheddar cheese flavored rice cakes trick me into thinking i'm eatting junk food (tastes like cheetos!) and the light Yoplait yogurts are only 100 cal and 0 fat. They come in desert flavors and they are very filling.
