I sleep in on weekends when my schedule allows (no baseball, football games) and I take naps almost daily!! I wake up at 5:45am and I'm normally not in bed till close to midnight.

Mine is similar to yours....this weekend I was able to go into a regular clothing store (not the plus size one I normally have to shop at) and purchase an outfit that was NOT plus size!! I was seriously on the verge of tears!!

For lunch I tried ground turkey meat for the 1st time & I couldn't even tell the difference! WIN! Also I walked 2.5 miles & swam 10 laps tonight!

When I started 3 months ago I was just walking and then on days when it rained I still wanted to get my cardio in, so I bought the Biggest Loser DVD workout. It was under $10 bucks. Since I've joined the gym I don't use it as much BUT I know had I not done those work outs at home I would have never made it through the body…

Ok I only did 50 lunges because I did a body pump class tonight that consisted of several lunges & squats with weights, my poor muscles can only handle so much :smile:

I got a 9 also, but I feel pretty much the same way, I rocked the chubby body :smile: now I'm wanting to get healthier and I'll really rock a more fit body!! :bigsmile: I :heart: myself and I think that's a good thing :wink:

During the week breakfast & lunch I normally log in advance (log lunch when I am packing my lunch bag) As far as everything else I DON'T eat it until it's been logged!!

Ok I had to google burpees and I tried but after 38 I was either gonna pass out or throw up (sorry TMI) it maybe because I did my first ever body pump class this morning so I'm already worn out from that. I did do 100 jumping jacks in addition to the burpees I got done. Hopefully The Don will find this acceptable.

I have an early lunch time 10:30-11 so I am hungry way before dinner time which is usual around 6:30 (unless we have a baseball game or track meet then it can be even later) so I "budget" an afternoon snack in my calories! for years I knew I needed to lose weight but guess what I did nothing about it...you know why...it's wasn't important to me!
