I eat full fat dairy, too. I don't think I could do low carb without it. I was down another pound so it obviously doesn't hurt my progress, yay!

Did the chicken stay tender? I have a hard time keeping chicken tender when I stir fry it. It makes me crazy! I hate dry, tough chicken.

You could try a fat fast for a few days to shake things up. I have only been low carb for a short time and have not had stalls yet, but in will try a fat fast if I get one. I'm 41 and had zero luck on a low fat high carb. I'm thrilled to be actually losing weight since low carb.

I don't have an answer but I just ordered a variety pack from. Amazon. I'm planning on cutting them up into small pieces and just having a bite or two when I'm craving something sweet and chewey. I don't think I'd eat a whole one in one serving, but I'm metabolically challenged so that's just me.

I am an at home mom with four kids and I get 12,000 average without exercise. I walk my dogs four to five times a week then I get closer to 20,000. Um, I'd kill to lose over 20 pounds in less than three months. Just sayin. I usually only lose 2 lbs per month eating 1500 cals per day and exercising a lot. Count your blessings.

I've never heard of the term push gift. My husband did get me a wonderful mothers gold necklace with four engraved gold medallions on it (one for each kid) after the birth of our son. But he was number four and our last. I got flowers with all the other kids.

Any moms out there miss nursing? I nursed four kids. We are done having kids but the only thing I miss about babies is nursing. Boobies are a useful tool. They are also multipurpose, just ask my husband.

I weigh every day and record it in an app called Happy Scale. It takes fluctuations in weight and shows trends and averages. It's awesome and has given me a whole new relationship with my scale.
