I use Leslie Sansone dvds in the winter. I also used them when I was pregnant, and post partum. If I am feeling ambitious i do extra moves like jog instead of walking and raising my arms up faster and higher. I like her personality also, she seems very nice and isn't pushy.

I'm 5'1 and a half and my goal is 105. I was 110 pre pregnancy and my jeans were getting tight. I weighed 150 at the end of my pregnancy and am now at about 118. The last few pounds are the hardest to drop :)

I'm 5'1 and my goal is 105lbs, currently at about 117. I realize 105 sounds really light, but I'm bottom heavy. 105lbs put me in size 5 jeans :)

Cherry juice is supposed to help with muscle soreness. epsoom salt baths, and try to keep moving, I find the stiffness worse when I sit for a long period.

My co-worker used it and lost 33 pounds in about 6 months. she made an effort to eat healthier, but didn't exercise. her husband also lost weight on it and it helped him manage his diabetes. I ordered just the frink and am waiting on it to arrive. I'll post back in a few months any progess.

not going great, I'm up to 122 from 120. I've been super bloated this week due to eating more veggies. Hope to get back to working out this week

If you have a library near you there are a ton of gluten free cookbooks in them. Mark's daily apple is a website with some great recipes. For dinner if I do stiry fry's. I give my husband rice and I serve mine on julienned zucchini. i bought a cheap julienne tool on ebay and use it on zucchini, you can substitute it for any pasta or rice. Rock Botom is different to different people. I have 15 to lose as well, and it's hard. It's pregnancy weight and my daughter is almost 11 months and I'm still carrying it around :) I'm in the lose 10lbs by Xmas group so I'm hoping it will keep me on track.

I've started mixing protein powder in with fat free greek yogurt. You can also google recipes for mini meatloaves. theya re basically lean ground meat, some shredded veggies and egg and breadcumbs, other add ins and you cook them in muffin tins. perfect for on the go. Sounds great, i have about 12 to lose so that would be perfect. At work I used to sneak in exercise when i went to the bathroom. I worked nights so it was pretty quiet. I would use the washroom, then do squats and lunges, even jabs and crosses for my arms. just a few like 30 squats, 20 lunges etc. It just helped me squueze…

You can search for recipes for mini meatloaves, they are basically ground lean beef or chicken and shredded carrots and zucchini and some spices, breadcrumbs, and you bake them in muffin tins or mini muffin tins.

Anyone can add me if they like. I work the overnight shift as well, and I'm looking to get back down to 105. I'm 122 post pregnancy right now and 5'1. I try and log on every day but sometimes it's three times a week.
