My first goal is 155 and ideally down to about 140 where my body has always felt and looked its best. I am 5'7 but my frame is larger so I "hide" my weight well. I highly doubt I will go putting up any fights if I go below 140...lol...but I'm happy to stick with my realistic goals for now. :happy:

Rule of thumb is 8 glasses/day...although that is merely a starting point because it has to be tweaked depending on how active you are (sweating alot?), your weight etc etc., basically to adapt to your body's own needs.
