Just signed up! I have been working out & dieting since Dec. 2012, as of today, I have lost 8 lbs. I go to the gym 3 times a week for 30 mins. I have not had any bread, pasta,rice, potatoes, kinda similar to the Atkins or South Beach plan. Done the Atkins a couple of yrs ago and lost 16 lbs in a month & a half.. but gained…
