It is good for the soul. No phone, tv, radio, or computer. Just the family and me enjoying the outdoors. Learning to eat healthy while I camp will be my challenge.

I work a full time job (desk work) and go to college full time. I break my day into 3 meals and 3 snacks. The snacks come after the meals but only when I feel hungry and only after I have had at least 4 cups of water since the last meal.
