I love hammering the smelliest ones out in a silent display by my wife and daughter and slowly leave the room and wait for the response. Nothing makes me giggle more than that.

I have cleaned up my eating but not a clean eater. The key for me is eating the same things and having portion control when I do it. My 24 oz ribeye steaks are now 8 oz ribeye steaks.

I quit because my job did urinalysis on a regular basis. Got a Top Secret Security Clearance and it was on an even more regular basis. Just found other ways to chill...

The bike is easier to control now, the suspension does not bottom out, and I feel so much better when I a riding single tracks and really working the bike.

My dad did 20 years, I did 20 years and my son has done 5 and never ever has this diet been used officially on the Air Force side. As others have said, it is the big boys in the military trying to lose some water weight quickly that are doing this before weigh-ins...

For me to burn over 1000 calories involves at least 1 hour and 15 minutes of elliptical at level 10, StairMaster at level 10, and treadmill at 5.5 mph pace. It is a good combination for me that produces a good burn and lots of sweat. The HRM and the fitness machine calories burnt have always been within 3-5% of MFP…
